Police Officers: Directions to Use the Network of Providers and the Services of the F.I.R.S.T. Program:
Two ways to access the network:
1. To access the network and receive a referral and a referral code, you may do so by phone:
Call 214-727-4931 with some preliminary information to secure your referral and referral
code, which assures that your services will be paid for per the agreed upon amount.
2. To access the
network online, fill out the contact information form below, and you will receive either
a phone call or email (whichever you elect to be contacted through), to receive your referral
and referral code, which will assure that your services will be paid for per the agreed upon
amount.
